How long does it take?

Setup takes around 10 minutes, and reminders and check-ins start delivering straight away — unless you choose a future start date during setup.

Before you begin, make sure you have all the information you’ll need to hand, and that you have permission from anyone whose contact details you plan to add.

Things that can delay your first reminder/check-in

Your account dashboard will show a notification if any of the following apply:

  • Account review — occasionally we need to verify that a new account is genuine before deliveries can begin.
  • Terms and conditions — you’ll receive these by email at the end of setup. Reminders and check-ins won’t start until you’ve agreed to them.
  • Call blockers — if the number you’re delivering to by phone has a call blocker or screening service, phone deliveries may not get through.   • Ring time — if you deliver by phone, confirm how long the phone rings on delivery factors so voicemail does not answer before the call receiver.
  • Personalized messages — if your service uses a personalized recorded message that hasn’t been recorded yet, reminders for that schedule will be held until it’s done.
