Check-ins/reminders can start being delivered within 10 minutes of the service being successfully set up. So, if you finish setting up a service at 14:50 and a reminder/check-in is due at 15:00, it will come through.
Please pay careful attention to the instructions provided during the set-up process to make sure you complete the whole process, CareCalls will make it clear once a service is set up and ready to deliver.
Keep in mind, that if a reminder/check-in requires a personalised message to be created, the service will not start until this has taken place.
