You can cancel a service by clicking ‘Update a CareCall’ at the top of this page and following the on-screen instructions to go to the online dashboard. Click ‘Call details’ and scroll to the bottom of the page to and add a stop date with the appropriate reason. Your calls will stop immediately or, if you provide a stop date in the future, after the given date. Your financial subscription will also be canceled and you will not receive any further charges (CareCalls charges at the start of each period).
