Important emails from CareCalls can be filtered as spam because your email provider blocks unfamiliar senders. That is a problem when a message tells you a reminder or check-in was missed or that something needs attention on your account.

We only email people who have agreed to receive messages, and only for purposes described in our privacy policy. This guide shows how to whitelist our sending domain so those messages reach your inbox.

Which CareCalls emails might be blocked?

Automated filters sometimes treat service emails as junk. Messages you may have asked us to send include:

  • Alerts when a reminder or check-in was missed (only if you chose to receive them)
  • Warnings when deliveries fail repeatedly over time
  • Notifications about issues with your service
  • Messages needed to set up, log in to, or manage your account

If you are setting up alerts for your support network, whitelisting our domain helps those contacts receive them reliably too.

How to add our domain to your email whitelist

The domain we send email from is:

carecalls.io

We recommend adding this domain to your sender allow list (sometimes called a whitelist or safe senders list). It only takes a minute. Choose the option that matches how your email is managed:

My email settings are managed by my employer

If your organisation controls your inbox (for example through IT, technical support, or network management), forward a request so they can allow our domain on your behalf.

Alternatively, click ‘Copy’ below to copy the message to your clipboard, so you can paste it in an email.

I manage my own email

Open the guide for your provider and follow its steps to allow or trust a domain (not just a single address). We link to independent how-to pages that are updated periodically:

If you get stuck, contact us and we will be happy to help.

Families often set up CareCalls alongside other safeguards — see how repeat reminders and check-ins work or compare services when you are ready to start.
