Sometimes, important emails from CareCalls are sent to spam folders or are not delivered at all. This happens because your email provider uses automated systems to protect you from unfamiliar senders. Unfortunately, these automated systems can make mistakes and block important emails. This can cause serious issues if the email contains critical information about the CareCalls service, such as:
- Alerting you if a reminder/check-in has been missed (we only send these if you have indicated that you wish to receive them)
- Warnings if reminders/check-ins are consistently failing over an extended period
- Notifications about issues with the service
- Emails required to set up, log in to, or manage your service.
We only send emails with your explicit permission, and only for the purposes outlined in our privacy policy, which you can view here: carecalls.io/privacy-policy.
