Linking customers to your service (white-label only)

We recommend your marketing materials should point your customers towards a singlar landing page on your own website e.g

From this page you should link to the two entry points into the CareCalls application, as described below.

For new customers

Buttons for setting up a new service e.g ‘set up a 30 day trial now’ should link to the following:

This links to the start of the set up process for new user. It is the same layout as https://carecalls.promptandprotect.com/onboarding/call-creator-details.

For existing customers to log into an existing service

Buttons for updating an existing service e.g ‘update an existing service’ should link to the following:

Direct marketing campaigns (white-label only)

If you are running a whitelabel of the CareCalls service. Please make sure you consult with CareCalls before performing any digital marketing that advertises the service directly, for example, Social advertising or Search engine advertising.
